Human Resource Manager

Office location: Egypt
Schedule: Full-time
Job Responsibilities ：
- Being part of International HR team of Redefine Global.
- Carrying out the daily activities of the Human Resource Office including recruitment, total compensation, and training and development. . 
-Delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success. 
-Being responsible for day to day administration like security, facilities management, transport management etc.at the terminal.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures. 
- Ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements ：
- Bachelor or above.
- At least 3 years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers compensation and conflict resolution.  
-Be proficient(both speaking and writing) in English.
-Advance excel and other MS office skills.
